1. General Terms & Eligibility By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Intellectual Property & License All content provided on this platform—including videos, audio recordings, text, PDFs, graphics, and course materials—is the exclusive intellectual property of Amiracle Coaching.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the materials for your individual, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, share, distribute, reproduce, modify, sell, or create derivative works from any part of our materials without express prior written permission.
3. Account Access & Security When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Sharing account logins or allowing multiple users access through a single account is strictly prohibited.
4. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
Payment Processing: All purchases and subscription billings are securely processed through Stripe. By completing an order, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
Subscriptions & Cancellations: If you enroll in a recurring membership or subscription, your payment method will be billed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing portal prior to the next billing date.
Refunds: Due to the immediate access nature of digital programs and downloads, all sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific product page.
5. Educational & Coaching Disclaimer All coaching, courses, and materials provided through WTF Are the Principles are intended for educational and personal development purposes only.
We do not provide licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, tax, or financial advice.
Results from coaching and educational content vary by individual. We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding specific outcomes, results, or earnings.
6. User Conduct & Community Guidelines When interacting in discussion boards, community areas, or group sessions, you agree not to:
Post abusive, defamatory, harassing, vulgar, or unlawful content.
Solicit other members or promote unauthorized commercial products/services.
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these conduct guidelines without prior notice or refund.
7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amiracle Coaching and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of (or inability to use) our website, services, or course content.
